At the vendor's suggestion, we have made some networking changes and hownd.app and the Hownd redemption app should now be back online.

An issue with a service provider is preventing access to Hownd.app (Hownd Merchant Portal). This issue also impacts the Hownd Merchant Redemption app. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. FetchRev and MyHownd are NOT affected. Stay tuned.
