Most services are now up and running again. We continue working through a few remaining issues and then focusing on a few customers who continue to have problems. We will work through these on an individual basis, so closing this overall incident.

Update
Merchant portal login is working again, though errors are being reported, so still more functionality to fix. Also, for most merchants, wifi hotspots should also be working. We continue to work through this...

Update
There seems to have been a reversion (i.e. new problem) with authentication to the merchant portal login - it just gets stuck in a loop (it worked yesterday). We are actively working to get this resolved. Thank you again for your patience.

Monitoring
We have successfully restored service for many components of the WiFi platform, including:
- WiFi portal access for merchants via my.poweredlocal.com
- WiFi connectivity for guests
- SOME administrative functions

We continue to work through the remaining issues and are adding resources to prevent problems in the future.

Update
This remains a priority issue for our team.

We are now in contact with some of the team members that created the original platform. We hope that this will help us come to a resolution soon.

Going forward, we also plan to add Engineering resources to focus on our WiFi solution.

WiFi is an integral part of the Hownd platform and we look forward to resolving these current issues soon.

We are currently experiencing difficulties adding new access points and managing existing Hownd WiFi implementations. This is also impacting our ability to troubleshoot and resolve any problems encountered by existing customers. Once we get this root issue resolved, we plan to add new specialized resources to help with ongoing WiFi support.

We appreciate your ongoing patience as we work to identify and then solve this issue.
